Snow tubing

We headed over to Badlands for some tubing today. It is fun to see the kids getting more confident with every run, it won't be long and we will be those parents that get to sit in the chalet....ok we might have a couple years yet, plus we like it just as much as them!

The girls and I headed to Willow River State park this afternoon and did some snowshoeing. We went a couple of miles and the girls did great!  

Christmas Day part 2

We had a great day at Grandma and Grandpas today.

Christmas morning!

Grace barely slept last night. I'm amazed Santa was able to get everything in and leave without her getting up.  Here are a few pictures from our day so far....and of our visit from Santa last night with our cousins.

Sunday School Christmas program

The girls had their church Christmas program today. They were both angels and Grace was a narrator also. It was a great way to get into the Christmas spirit. 

Maggie's birthday

The cousins had a great time playing in the snow at Grandma and Grandpas today. We also celebrated Maggie's 4th birthday.

Kind of cool to see steaming dirt in Minnesota in December. Dave took me through the site after my advanced leadership graduation dinner tonight.  Glad to be done with the program and thankful to have a supportive family that allowed me to get through it. 

Christmas is coming.

We had the 4H Christmas party today. We got to go sledding and had a visit with Santa.

Mya

Since Brett past away this fall Mya has made her way back into the house full time, including sleeping in the bed. Lucy and her have lots of cuddle time. 

Dad's first day at new stadium

It doesn't look as exciting as it is but the first loads of dirt left the new stadium site tonight....lots more to go but exciting for Dad to finally get started!!!

Cystic fibrosis gala

There was a live auction where Dave put together a bass fishing tournament on Lake Minnetonka that went for $130,000!! It was a crazy auction to watch. I attached a link to a video of it below. What a great night!

Basketball tournaments

Grace is playing basketball again this year and I have to say that a year makes a big difference. She is #9 in the photos below. So far we have had games at Prescott, Red Wing and at SCC.
