Checking in on Dad at work

On Monday the girls and I packed meals for Feed My Starving Children in the morning and went to the stadium and got a tour and lunch with Dave in the afternoon.

 I think this picture is pretty cute and will be a fun reminder how young the girls were when the stadium started versus when it opens, kind of like the Twins where Grace was 3 when we started and Lucy was 1 and Grace was just about done with Kindergarten on Opening Day......

Easter

We had a wonderful Easter with the great weather and lots of family.

Grace's 1st Communion

Grace had her 1st communion tonight. It is pretty crazy to think it is time for this already. She is turning into a very kind, responsible young lady!  

We made bread for the service last night.

Thank you to everyone who came tonight to help us celebrate this great event in Grace's life.  We are very fortunate to have such a close family to share these events with. 

Dance Competition

This weekend is the girls first dance competition in Burnsville. We had a 6:30 am call time this morning so we came over and spent the night in a hotel. Here are some photos from this morning. 

I think I did pretty good getting two of them in full hair and makeup by 6:30 ;) we are waiting for awards from this morning and then we will change into jazz costumes for the afternoon session.

Piano Recital

The girls piano recital was on Sunday.  It is always fun to see how much they have approved over the year.
